Congregation Beth Sholom - Chevra Shas

At the end of the long hallway leading to the religious school, nestled among the books, boxes and computers, Erica Bern is busy with youth and family programming. A recent graduate of NYU, Erica has accepted the newly created position as Director of Youth and Family Programs.

Joan G. Bordett is our manager of congregational services. She works Monday through Friday (except for Jewish holidays and some civil holidays), 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing administrative, logistical, and programmatic support to CBS-CS staff and volunteers, and ensuring coordination of synagogue functions, including maintaining the synagogue calendar. She is responsible for planning and producing member communications, including The Sholom, and event publicity. Joan answers the main telephone number at CBS-CS. She is always ready and willing to answer your questions about CBS-CS or to direct you to someone who can.
