On November 11th, at 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm The Chosen Meeple will hold their second gathering! We will begin with Havdalah and then sit down to play some games. As before, bring one or more games, bring a sealed kosher snack (nothing cheesy or greasy) and be open to playing new games.
On November 5th at 10:30 am, Oys and Joys will head to The Museum of Science and Technology (MOST) where we will explore the Earth Science Discovery Cave and engage in free play at the Science Playhouse. The program is free for all participants. Please contact Melissa Harkavy to RSVP.
On Sunday, November 5th at 2:00 pm, HAZAK will feature Tom Henry. The subject will be Looking Back 100 Years: World War I, The Ottoman Empire and Shaping the Modern Mideast. This program will examine this critical part of The Great War and its impact a century later. Refreshments will be served.
On Friday, October 13th at 5:30 pm come sing and dance with the Torah as members of the congregation lead the hakafot. There will be snacks, ma’ariv, hakafot, singing and dancing, followed by a delicious dinner!
