This necklace designed by Paula of Alef Bet Jewelry features a delicate blue opal hamsa on a sterling silver chain. In the Middle Ages, opals were considered to provide great luck because each was believed to possess all of the colors in the color spectrum.
 
The Hamsa is powerful symbol as well. It is believed that when the Hamsa hand faces down, it can bring abundance and blessings, happiness, health, and good fortune. The fingers are fused together for additional good luck.
